Terms & Conditions

1. General

The Possibl service is provided by PT Possibl Teknologi Indonesia ("Possibl" or "we"). By using Possibl, on the website or in the app, you agree to these terms and conditions. Possibl is an AI platform for lawful personal and professional use. Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may change these terms with prior notice.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 17 years old to use the service.
• You need a supported third-party account or a valid email address to sign in.
• Each third-party account or email address can be linked to only one Possibl account.
• You may not create or use more than one account to obtain bonuses, promos or referral rewards.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

3. Availability by Region

• Possibl is available in the countries supported by our payment partners, except European Union member states and countries under United States sanctions.
• We may refuse sign-up, sign-in or purchases from unsupported regions.
• Your account country is set at sign-up based on your estimated location. Features, prices, currencies and payment methods may differ between countries.

4. Balance System

• Possibl is paid for with balance that you buy in advance. Balance is non-refundable once the purchase is confirmed.
• Balance is held in your wallet currency: Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for users in Indonesia and US Dollars (USD) for users in other countries.
• If you hold balance in more than one currency, each is kept separately and cannot be converted or moved between currencies. Only the balance in your active wallet can be used.
• Each currency has a maximum balance. A purchase, bonus, promo or referral reward that would take your balance above that limit may be refused or not credited.
• Balance does not expire, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another account.
• If a transcription fails because of an error on our side, meaning your balance was deducted but the transcription never started or did not finish within 48 hours, the balance is refunded automatically.
• Failures caused by poor audio quality, an unsupported format or factors outside our control are not eligible for a balance refund.
• The same rules apply to Text-to-Speech (TTS) audio: failures caused by an error on our side are refunded automatically, while failures caused by an invalid script or factors outside our control are not eligible for a balance refund.

5. Student Pricing

• Users who verify a higher-education email address on an academic domain we recognise for their country (for example .ac.id in Indonesia) get bonus balance on every top-up.
• The bonus depends on your wallet currency, currently 30% for IDR and 20% for USD, and is always shown on the purchase page before you pay.
• Verification is done through a confirmation link sent to your campus email, or automatically if your account email already uses a recognised academic domain.
• Student verification is only available in countries whose academic domains we recognise.
• Campuses that are not yet listed can be submitted and will be reviewed within 1–3 business days.
• We may revoke student status, and its bonus, if we find abuse.

6. Referral Program

• You can share your personal referral link. When a new user signs up through it, you earn a balance reward equal to a percentage of each of their balance purchases, as shown on the Referral page.
• Rewards are credited in the same currency as the purchase and currently apply only to purchases in IDR. A reward is not credited if your active wallet uses a different currency or your balance has reached its maximum.
• Referring yourself, using multiple accounts or any other manipulative method is prohibited. We may cancel rewards obtained this way and suspend the accounts involved.
• We may change the reward or end the referral program at any time. Rewards already credited legitimately are not affected.

7. Promos

• From time to time we may offer promos of free balance that you can claim on the Promo page.
• Each promo has its own conditions, such as its period, quota, claim hours, eligibility and per-account claim limit, which are shown on the promo.
• Promo balance is subject to the Balance System terms, including the maximum balance, and cannot be cashed out.
• We may cancel promo balance obtained through abuse, and may change or end a promo at any time.

8. Content and Use

The following applies to the audio/video files you upload for transcription. You warrant that:

• You have the rights to the audio/video files you upload.
• Uploaded content does not violate the laws of Indonesia or of the country you are in.
• You will not use the service for illegal purposes.
• You will not try to manipulate or exploit the system.

9. Text-to-Speech (TTS) Scripts and Audio

The Text-to-Speech (TTS) feature turns the text script you enter into an audio file using one of the voices available on Possibl. The following applies specifically to this feature:

• You are fully responsible for the scripts you enter and for how you use the generated TTS audio, including after you download it from our platform.
• You warrant that your TTS scripts do not violate the laws of Indonesia or of the country you are in, and are not used for fraud, impersonation, defamation, hate speech or spreading false information (hoaxes/disinformation).
• You will not use TTS audio to mislead others into believing it is a genuine recording of someone's voice, or to impersonate a real person.
• The voices available in this feature are licensed voice assets owned by Possibl or our service partners, not your voice or any third party's.
• Possibl may refuse or stop processing a script that we consider to violate these terms.

10. Sharing Transcripts

Possibl lets you create a public link to your transcript. When you turn this on:

• Anyone with the link can view the transcript without signing in.
• You are fully responsible for the content you share publicly.
• You can turn the share link off at any time.
• We are not responsible for how content spreads after the link has been shared with others.

11. Content Ownership

You keep full ownership of all audio/video files you upload, the TTS scripts you enter, and the transcripts and TTS audio generated from them. Possibl claims no rights to your content and uses it for no purpose other than providing the Possibl service to you. We never use your content, directly or indirectly, to train AI models. This ownership does not cover the voices themselves, which remain licensed assets of Possibl or our service partners as described in section 9.

12. Storage and Retention

• Media files (audio/video) you upload are kept for 30 days from upload, then deleted from our servers automatically.
• TTS audio files are kept for 30 days from creation, with one addition: each script keeps at most its last 5 generations, and older ones are deleted automatically as soon as that limit is exceeded, even before 30 days have passed.
• Text transcripts are kept indefinitely while your account is active.
• Maximum file size: 500MB per file for transcription uploads.
• Supported formats for transcription: MP3, MP4, WAV, M4A, WebM, OGG.

13. Payments

• Users in Indonesia pay in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through QRIS, processed by our payment partner.
• Users outside Indonesia pay through Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record: Polar processes the payment, issues the receipt and collects any sales tax or VAT due in your country. Prices may be shown and charged in your local currency, while balance is credited in USD. Polar's terms also apply to these transactions.
• All balance purchases are final and non-refundable, except for system failures as defined in section 4.
• If a payment is cancelled, reversed (chargeback) or refunded by the payment provider, the balance that came from it is deducted from your account. If that balance has already been used, we may suspend your account.
• Usage charges are rounded up to the smallest unit that applies to your currency (for example, multiples of Rp100 for IDR).
• For purchases in IDR, we do not currently fulfil requests for tax invoices on balance purchases.

14. Service Limitations

We aim to provide the best service we can, but:

• Transcript accuracy depends on audio quality and the language spoken.
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy for every recording.
• Processing time varies with duration and queue.
• The service may have downtime for maintenance.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Possibl is not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or losses resulting from inaccurate transcripts.
• Possibl is not liable for the scripts you enter into the TTS feature, or for your use or distribution of TTS audio after it is generated.
• Possibl's total liability to you will not exceed the balance you paid in the last 3 months.
• We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers outside our control.

16. Force Majeure

Possibl is not liable for delays or service failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet infrastructure disruptions, third-party service outages or government policy.

17. Account Deletion

You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time in the Possibl app or by contacting [email protected] from your account email. We process requests within 30 days of receiving them. If you sign in to the account again before the deletion is processed, the request is cancelled.

Once the deletion is processed, your personal data, media files, TTS scripts, transcripts and TTS audio are deleted, except for transaction records we are required by law to keep. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be refunded.

18. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be settled amicably. If no agreement is reached, the parties agree to settle the dispute at the South Jakarta District Court.
