Alami model

Audio Tags for the Alami Model

Alami is made for quick, natural everyday narration. It also supports a few basic audio tags: short instructions in square brackets, written right in your script, that add a pause or a vocal reaction without changing the voice you picked.

How to use it

Write a tag in square brackets, right between the sentences of your script. A tag is not spoken. It only changes how the voice speaks around it.

Good morning, everyone. [pause] Today we will cover an interesting topic.

Tags You Can Try

Alami supports a more limited set of tags than the Ekspresif model. It suits small touches, not big changes in speaking style.

  • [pause]Adds a short pause
  • [laughs]A short laugh
  • [sighs]A sigh
  • [whispers]Whispers
  • [clears throat]Clears the throat

Tips

  • Tags are written in English exactly as shown. This is the vocabulary the model recognizes, not a free translation.
  • Use them sparingly. Too many tags in one paragraph can make the result less stable.
  • Generate a short script first to hear the effect before processing a long one.
  • Results can differ depending on the voice you pick. Not every voice responds to tags equally strongly.

Need finer control over emotion and speaking style, or extra sound effects? The Ekspresif model supports a far more complete set of audio tags.
